Estimating and Project Management

Our estimators/project managers are knowledgeable and friendly and keep your clients’ best interests in mind. We provide electronic takeoffs and our crew leaders use color coded prints. Prepping for Perfection

• Demolition

Floor removal and preparation is just as important as new installation. Mota’s Floorcovering uses state-of-the-art ride-on equipment to scrape adhesives and flooring and perform quick and efficient demolition. For subfloor preparation we use Ardex products, from skim-coating to floating with self-leveling.

• Shot Blasting

Once you get to the subfloor concrete, it’s important to ensure a level surface, free of contaminants. That’s the beauty of shot blasting. Our certified installers perform shot blasting as well as installation.

• Diamond Grinding

Mota’s installers are experienced with the environmental-friendly diamond grinding technique, which leaves concrete smooth and clean.

• Slab Moisture Control

Moisture emissions can lead to floor covering failures. Mota’s provides vapor moisture treatments to eliminate failures and ultimately save clients money. Our installers are Koster certified moisture sealer applicators.
